Many, many moons ago, Mark was born in Atlanta, GA before moving to his hometown of Columbia, MO at the age of 11. He enjoyed baseball, fishing, building rockets, and the occasional count-and-cross-stitch to relax and improve his hand-eye coordination. For much of his childhood, Mark dreamed of building roller coasters, and after graduating from Rock Bridge HS he attended Truman State and Mizzou where he studied physics and mechanical engineering in hopes of one day achieving that dream. However, 6 years ago, he took a position with Rainbow House working with homeless youth, and a new passion was born. After holding several positions over the years, he is currently the Program Coordinator for Rainbow House’s Homeless Youth Program. Fun Fact: Mark has a 5 year old fire morph Ball Python, who is aptly named Cuddles.
